Your Snurpy Mix and Snurpified Plan are friendly recommendations based on the answers you give us. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice. Treat the Case File as a useful nudge from a friend, not a contract.

Use the site honestly.

Don't try to break the engine, exfiltrate other people's case files, or use Snurpy to scrape data. Don't paste customer-sensitive details into our forms (see the privacy page).

Availability + warranty

Snurpy v0.1 is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee and no warranty of fitness for a particular business. We'll do our best, but if a Case File temporarily disappears or the site is down for maintenance, that's life. The good news: nothing here is meant to be load-bearing.

Intellectual property

"Snurpy", "Snurpify", and the Snurpy mascot are properties of Luxutor. The 16 Snurpy Mix pieces, the 8 Snurpy Tidy Styles, the Snurpy Business Tangle Test, Your Snurpified Plan, and Your Snurpy Case File are product trademarks. You're welcome to share your own Case File with anyone.

Changes

We may update these terms as Snurpy grows. We'll bump the date below when we do. If a meaningful change happens, we'll surface it on the site, not just in a buried changelog.
