Snurpy is built for small-business operators. We treat your data the way you'd want a cleanup detective to treat your case file: carefully, briefly, and with the door closed.
Don't enter customer-sensitive details.
Snurpy only needs the shape of your tangles — which spreadsheet is doing too much, which person knows everything, where billing slows down. Don't paste customer phone numbers, financial accounts, employee health information, or any other private data into our forms. We don't need it.
How report and share links work
Your Case File URL uses a 256-bit URL-safe access token. Anyone with the link can see your report; nobody can guess it.
Your share link is a separate token that points at a lighter view of your result — Mix headline + Snurpy quote + plan title only. It deliberately doesn't show answer-level data or your full plan.
No external AI in v0.1.
The Snurpifier engine is deterministic — your answers are scored by rules and templates we wrote, on our server. No third-party AI service sees your case file in v0.1.
No selling user data.
We don't sell case files, share lists, business names, or roles to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. Snurpy is for the team — not for marketing pipes.
What we store
- The answers you give Snurpy during the Business Tangle Test.
- The Snurpy Mix and Snurpified Plan she composes from those answers.
- Your business name and role only if you chose to enter them on the start screen.
- The access + share tokens that point at your Case File.
No email, no password, no payment information, no IP-based profiling.
